We have a new opportunity for a Branch & Business Development Manager to join our Meredith Village Savings Bank team at our Moultonborough, NH branch.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business needs.

$56,000 - $73,000PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goalsCreates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing supportJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality servicePrevious experience with business development and/or salesThorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the BranchBackground in banking and supervisory experience preferredFlexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as neededWe believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
